View-Guarantee Enforcement

Audit your sponsorships for view guarantees that came up short — and draft the makegood-request emails for you. Flags every live ad missing its guaranteed 30-day views, skips the ones already being chased, and writes the follow-up to the creator.

VIEWS DELIVERED VS GUARANTEE guarantee 612K 548K 503K 300K 470K 560K

Make sure the views you paid for actually showed up — and chase the ones that didn’t.

Measured against the real curve

The guarantee is a term on the deal, stored in Postgres; the views are the live 30-day curve from Firebolt’s 7.4 billion video snapshots. So “548K against a 500K guarantee” is the actual trajectory, not a self-report — and that same snapshot history is why it can start chasing at day 25: it has the early-curve shape of millions of comparable videos, enough to project where day 30 lands. Even the AdOps notes it reads to avoid double-chasing are real operational records.

And the drafted email isn’t a generic template. Across seven years and 25,000+ collaborations, we’ve run makegoods at scale and learned the wording that gets a creator to make good without souring the relationship — that’s the tone it writes in. The whole audit runs on the same data and pipeline we manage live deals from.

How it works

01
Find
Pull every live ad that carries a view guarantee and hasn't yet cleared it.
02
Measure
Compare each ad's 30-day views against its guaranteed minimum, flagging anything short.
03
Check
Read the AdOps notes so deals already being chased aren't double-handled.
04
Draft
Write a makegood-request email to the creator for every ad that fell short.
