The web app · app.thoughtleaders.io

The reports your whole team works from.

Build channel and brand reports from 1.3M tracked channels, save the views that matter, and share them with your team, with notes where the decision gets made.

Reports and list views

A report is a filter you saved. Open it and the list is current; change the filter and it stays changed for everyone.

Lists render as tables you can sort on any column — uploads, brands sponsoring, average views, sponsorship score. Brand reports work the same way from the other side: which channels a brand has sponsored, and how often.

Topic
What the channel actually makes videos about, not the label it gave itself.
Language & audience
Where the viewers are and what language they watch in.
Subscribers
A floor, a ceiling, or a band.
Sponsorship history
Has it run sponsorships, for which brands, and how recently.
Price
What the channel costs, so the list you build is a list you can afford.
Exclusions
Take rows out and keep them out: channels you already booked, ran, or ruled out.

Filters combine, and exclusion filters subtract — so "sponsored in the last 90 days, minus everyone we already pitched" is one list, not a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.

A channel, in full

Click a channel in any list and the whole record opens: what it makes, who has sponsored it, who watches it, and what our team knows about buying it.

app.thoughtleaders.io/youtube/channel
A rendering of a channel report. The channel, the brand and every figure shown are placeholders.
Content
Language, country, upload cadence, average length, and the uploads themselves.
Sponsors
Every detected placement: which brand, in which video, where in the video, and how it performed.
Audience
Geography, age and engagement, where we have it. Demographics need a paid plan.
Marketer's note
The human context: how the channel sells, how it prices, how far out it books.

Built for the team, not the tab

A list one person has in their browser is not a source of truth. The app is where the list becomes the team's.

Notes where the decision happens

Leave a note on a channel or a report so your team knows what you think, instead of relaying it in a thread nobody can find later. The ThoughtLeaders team can leave notes in your workspace too.

Unread notes follow you to Chrome

The extension badges unread notes on the channel they are about, so a teammate's warning reaches you on the page where it matters, not three days later.

One account for the company, a seat per person

Invite teammates onto the same workspace and assign each of them a seat: $25 a month for the people working from the list, $200 for the ones running agents against the data all day. Saved reports, filters and notes are shared, not re-created per person.

Your preferences are shared across surfaces

Answer the two-minute preferences interview once and the same profile ranks suggestions, matches and benchmarks in the web app, the extension and your agent.

One balance, one bill

Usage and billing sit in one place, and the extension and your agent spend from the same balance as the app.

Search across everything you have

One search box over channels, brands and the reports your team has already saved.

It is the same account you use everywhere else

The web app is not a separate product with its own login and its own bill. It is the shared middle of the three surfaces.

From the extension

Find a channel on YouTube, add it to a media plan from the side panel, and pick it up here.

To your agent

Point your agent at the same data, and results it saves come back as reports the team can open here.
